Branson Pattern Works Inc P O Box 812 Branson , MO 65615 417.334.6128 417.336.6228 becky@bransonpattern.com   bransonpattern.com Branson Pattern Works has been in business since 1973.  We have grown from a one-man shop to a 12 person facility.  In 1996 we added CAD/CAM capabilities.  We have done a great variety of patterns and tooling for the Foundry industry, including Sand and Investment, as well as Permanent and RIM molds. The majority of our patterns are fully machined from billet aluminum.  However, we are capable of doing fully machined core boxes, or permanent molds, from cast or extruded iron.  We also work with hardwood, castable and machineable urethane, epoxy and REN board.  We have a small, air set foundry on site for test fitting cores to help in our tooling quality control.  We can melt approximately 80 lbs. of aluminum so that, if needed, we can make one or two sample casting(s).
